This policy explains what information joeyhbuilds ("we", "us") collects when you interact with us on Instagram or subscribe to our newsletter, how we use it, and the choices you have. joeyhbuilds is a personal project publishing content about AI automation and agents. When you message or comment and receive an automatic reply from us on Instagram, you are interacting with an automated assistant, not a live person in that moment. You can stop at any time by not replying, or by messaging stop.

Personal finance application

joeyhbuilds also operates a private, single-user self-hosted finance application, used by Joey Hinojosa for his own bank accounts only. With his own explicit consent under PSD2, it reads transactions and balances from his accounts into software running on his own hardware. It is not a service offered to anyone else, there is no sign-up, and it processes no other person's financial data. Bank data is never shared, sold, or sent to third parties, and no credentials are stored by it.

Information we collect

We do not collect your Instagram password, payment details, or your list of followers, and we do not scrape data from Instagram.

How we use your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising to you.

We keep the information for as long as needed to provide these services. You can ask us to delete it at any time (see below). Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
